• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month

All content, materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by primeatlasium, including but not limited to guides, frameworks, analysis tools, and documentation, are owned by primeatlasium Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, primeatlasium Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to primeatlasium in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless primeatlasium Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any negligent or wrongful acts or omissions by you or your employees

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms and any associated service agreements with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your access to our services immediately if:

• You materially breach these Terms
• You fail to pay undisputed fees when due
• You engage in conduct that could harm primeatlasium's reputation or business
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• You must cease all use of our proprietary materials
• Payment obligations for services rendered will survive termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability will survive

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and primeatlasium regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
